Rocky Beach / Kivinen ranta
Kahden viikon sisällä sairastelun jälkeen lähdin kiertelemään Saimaan rantoja ja löysin uuden rantsun. Mukavasti kivinen paikka.
The past two weeks have been more or less indoors with the pneumonia and today finally got out go explore the shores of Lake Saimaa. Found this beautiful rocky beach I’ve never visited before.

Sateisia päiviä / Rainy Days
Sateiset päivät jatkuvat ja jatkuvat. Ei haittaa rantaelämää. Saimaan rannoilla on mukava retkeillä pienestä sateesta huolimatta. Kauneus ei niiltä katoa ja sävyt voimistuvat näin syksyn myötä pikku hiljaa. Nautitaan pakkasettomasta maasta!
Rainy days keep holding on. Rain doesn’t disturb the trips to the beach. The shores of the Great Lake of Saimaa provide beautiful setting no matter the weather. The colors are slowly changing for the fall, but not quite yet. Let’s enjoy the frost free weather!

Sauna on the Go!
Saatiin tänään kesän ensimmäinen hellepäivä lämpötilan kivutessa yli +25, joten päädyin tietenkin rantsulle lukemaan. Kohtasin siellä tällaisen mainion saunan pyörillä, jossa neljä henkeä mahtuu löylyttelemään. Mainio vekoitin! Komea oli tuo vetoautokin!
At last we got officially warm summer day this year and of course I went to my favourite beach to read a book. There I encountered this small sauna on wheels. There is room for four persons to bath. Wonderful idea! Beauty is the towing machine from 1966 as well!

Vähiin käy / Running out
Kesäloman viimeinen päivä alkaa hiipua iltaan. Vietin sen rantsulla hieman haikein mielin. Vähissä ovat rantakelit olleet tänä kesänä ja kohta sinne ei taasen jouda. No, eiköhän tämä tästä!
The last day of my summer vacation is fading away. Spend it at the beach in a melancholic mood since there hasn’t been that many warm and sunny days to spend at the beach, and soon there will be no time to relax there at all. Oh well, I’ll manage!
